About Me
A bit less than 5 years into her second position as a pastor, then at a congregation of about 6000 members, the new senior pastor told Kathleen that she had the opportunity to choose. Her options were to either resign or be fired. Both options left her devastated, feeling like a failure and on the verge of quitting ministry. With help from a mentor, she went on to serve for 13 years in a team ministry with her husband, mentored 14 seminary students, most for 2 years each, and designed the floor plan for their home.
Since retiring from parish ministry a few years ago, in addition to launching her Aflame Ministry Consulting business, Kathleen has hosted a weekly interfaith internet radio show with listeners on 6 continents for four and a half years, and has started a TV show on ROKU.
